Don't put in into savings! Here are 10 different ways to invest that $100.
I remember having my first hundred dollars and things. What am I going to do with that? And inevitably, I spent it on something I really didn't need probably food or, you know, another hoodie when I was 17 years old. Stupid. Right. Well, here are the ways that you can now invest a hundred dollars and these ways are way better than wasting it on.
AAA. First thing is financial education. Education is worth so much more than the dollars you put into it. It's in sane. I've spent. Quite a bit of money on financial education, whether it be books or audio books or whatever it may be. And those are the two main ones and the knowledge that I had because of that.
And the action I've taken after I've had that knowledge has been absolutely invaluable. So do some research on some personal finance books. I plan on doing some videos. On personal finance books that have really impacted me and I'll have this up soon, however, do some research and find something that's going to work for you.
Education wise, cause being a forever learner is part of this journey. The next one is personal development. I spent so much money on so many different things. It's almost comical, but whether it be seminars, whether it be motivational videos, meditation, whatever it is, find something that works for you because the reality is people will say I'm a motive.
I'm a, I'm a motivated person, but the reality is I'm not motivated all the time. I just intake my mind with YouTube videos, meditation. Mantras all these different ways that I do in my morning routine to get myself excited for that, because the reality is I am so blessed to live right now. I am so blessed to live in 2020, right.
This moment. It's amazing. Like we were living through the best time. Although the world is crazy at times you can transcend that. And although everyone else is talking about the not so positive and terrible things about life, you can transcend that and be a positive person. And you do it with people out of the gutter.
While you're doing it to yourself. And that to me is one of the meanings of life, because reality is before I can fix anything or anyone or anything besides myself, I have to seriously put this house in order this being in order before I touch anything. So the fact of the matter is make your bed every morning and make sure your room is clean.
Those are small, stupid things. I was taught when I was younger, but the reality is the way we do, somethings is the way we do everything. So if you're lazy, you're always gonna be lazy. Now, but you can change that. So be diligent and be super excited to live. Cause reality is every breath that I breathe is a complete blessing.
Go for a massage. My goodness. There's so much tension in my, in my lower back in general. It's insane. Whenever I go for a massage, I leave that place. Literally feeling like there's nothing in my bag. That's going to hold me back. No pun intended, but you can distress and relax. And a hundred dollars will get you a good massage almost anywhere in the country.
Maybe if you're in Manhattan, a hundred bucks is no good, but you can try that side of the city. I think, keep it in your wallet and remind yourself of how abundantly opportunities are coming your way. This goes to the magnetizing power of the universe, because the reality is. The more and more you think opportunities are ahead of you.
The more and more you will encounter them because your mind and your eyes will be open to them. What I do is I take a bunch of $1 bills and I put them all throughout my desk to remind me there is opportunity to make money everywhere I go. Every single place I touched on my desk has a $1 bill to remind me that abundance is in me and abundance is around me.
And I'm going to spread that while giving it to others. And myself, abundance is everywhere. If you believe it. Now that's the tough part, believing it because there's so many things pulling for your attention, vying for your negativity. The world is not burning down. The world is not a shambles. You can make your personal economy and personal world fortified, rock solid and abundantly so much greater than you can even imagine.
You can donate to a cause you care about. I've donated money before to fresh water Wells in Africa, just a small example, you can do it towards the soup kitchen, the food bank in your town. There are so many ways, and there's something about being altruistic and giving money to causes you care about that.
I don't know about you, but motivates me to make the a hundred dollars over and over and over again, because I feel like I get from giving is not the main thing. It's a secondary outcome of being a generous person, because being generous is I would say probably one of the most important traits in someone who is abundant.
You can buy a thoughtful gift for someone last, the last thoughtful gift I received was a wallet that was green and. I wasn't hammered. I was very, very appreciative of it because it was very random and not because of my birthday, not because of any event, but just because, and those kinds of guests are the best.
So whether it be your significant other, your mother, your brother, your sister, one of your good friends, you can buy them something barrenness on her books. And no, not a gift card, please. No gift cards. Those are the worst gifts. You can give somebody a thoughtful gift, something that's personalized to them.
Those are the best gifts. The next time you're out and about. And either at a restaurant or a cup of coffee, give the server or the barista, the hundred dollar tip. I've done this with $20. I never know what the a hundred, but the reaction I get from the barista is absolutely priceless. They worked so hard.
I work hard, but they do a job that I wouldn't want to do ever. I don't like making coffee and I don't like certain food period. When you give this a little bit of joy in someone's life, it's amazing how fast you get that joyous sentiment. Give it to somebody and see their reaction. I bet you, you will absolutely love it.
Put it towards debt. That's the very practical one. If you have debt car home. Credit card, especially credit card, but in order to do that, don't think about it. But on the bank, pay it off, be done debt. You want to leverage debt for your benefit. You don't want to use stupid debt like credit card debt, like 20% APR at the insane APRs.
You want to use debt to create assets, to give you income, but that's for a whole, another video. Another time pay off the debt almost as quickly as possible. Put it towards a sinking fund. That's thinking fund is a fancy way of saying something you're saving for. So let's say, you know, you're going to need a fridge in about six months and the fridge is going to cost 1200 bucks.
Well, 200 bucks, times six is 1200. You can, with a hundred dollars towards your fridge, fridge to kind of boring, maybe a vacation that's more fun, but you can put that right to the sinking fund and. You're that much closer to your goal. Call up an old friend, an old acquaintance, your mother, somebody you haven't spent time with in a while and take them out for a nice dinner because 100 bucks will get you guys a good meal and hopefully create a very good conversation and ambiance.
So you guys can enjoy one another's company. So call it that old friend and go out. Those are the 10 things I've spent my money on. I think they were all, all super important in their, in their certain time. But what other ways have you guys invested that a hundred dollars or what other ways do you think would be a good idea to invest a hundred dollars combo?
I want to hear what you guys have invested in or what you want to invest in, and I will see you guys on the next one.
Does restful sleep keep escaping you?
Here are 5 simple things to to do to begin sleeping more restfully starting tonight.
Why is it so hard to have a good night's rest every single night. Well, it's not actually it can be very relaxing here are five ways to help you flirt start sleeping better tonight the first one and probably the most. difficult one for me to encourage others to do is to eliminate caffeine. No caffeine whatsoever.
I was going to put after a certain time of the day. But if you just eliminate from your life whatsoever. Your body does not have any cravings for it. I'm now five years sober from caffeine and I am kind of playful playfully talking about it. But the reality is in this country, at least it's very glorified to have a caffeine addiction people, you know, say I can't live without it.
That sounds just like someone who is addicted to a substance. But in this case, it's a. Legal substance and it's caffeine and it's coffee and it's everywhere. Every single corner has a coffee shop. But if you eliminate this this one thing in your life, it would be so much easier to fall asleep and stay asleep exercise to a very good sweat.
And I don't just mean a little bit on the forehead a little bit on the nose a little bit under your arms. I'm talking about a profuse sweat profusely literally drenched like you just taking a bath exercise really helps our circadian rhythm and as mammals our circadian rhythm is We rise during the study time and we fall asleep during the nocturnal the night time we are not nocturnal.
So if you work a swing shift and work for. 8:00 p.m. Till like 8:00 a.m. Props to you. You were going against your Primal and instincts as a human as a man. Stay asleep. Don't drink any fluids one hour before going to bed. I've woken up many a time to use the restroom and sometimes it's not very easy to fall back asleep.
Especially if you have caffeine in your system, so no fluids when I refer bed, you'll get appear before you're going to pee right before you go to bed and you will not wake up and if that doesn't work, maybe make it even a longer time, maybe two hours before you fall asleep before you go to bed because the last thing you want is at 3 a.m.
Waking up and not being a fall back asleep. No blue light before bed one hour minimum. I wear these every day when I'm on the computer those beastly things right there because this protect me from blue light as much as it can but doesn't take everything out. Something encouragement is to eliminate which means turn up the phone turn off the laptop turn off the tablet.
Everything is off at least one hour before bed because the blue light keeps us awake. You want to eliminate that so you can fall asleep more easily and something I've done more so recently is reading before bed. I've developed a. A really really deep enjoyment of reading over the last year or so.
And when I do it during the day, I do end up falling asleep almost every single time, but I've realized I can use that that power at night time as well. I usually read for about 15 to 30 minutes every single night before bed. But you can't read a mystery novel or something. That's going to keep you really engaged mentally.
Most of what I'm reading are nonfiction. That is quite dry enjoyable, but dry enough to where it's going to want me to sleep or you can just go to your local library. Check out some textbooks and keep textbooks and learn and then fall asleep with Calculus in your hands. And the PS of this video is a lot of times our lives are filled with stressors whether it be from work Family Health money, whatever it is, we have stressors and I would encourage to eliminate the unnecessary stressors for most people that's remembering what you have control over and having agency over that and actually doing something about it and letting the other things that you don't have control over.
Go because you don't have control over. The dollar exchange rate the weather how other people react you only have really control of her yourself. I only have control over me not anybody else. And eliminate those things eliminate any energy expended on things. You cannot control. period. as you're reading in bed, you can also journal and write about what happened today.
Acknowledge what you've done and what you've accomplished and perhaps even write down goals and things you want to accomplish tomorrow. So you don't have to keep on thinking about what you're gonna do tomorrow. It can be written down in the flesh done in ink so you can wake up and accomplish all of it.
So those are my five or I guess six because I have le PS. Those are my few that I do every single day because the reality is if I don't get a good night's rest. Who it's not good for anyone around me. So I make that very very important priority my life. But what have you guys done? What do you do to make sure you have restful sleep comment below make sure to subscribe to the channel and like the video so we can help more people sleep restfully.
I will see you guys soon and sleep well.
