New York City is a good and exciting place for our tourist vacation. But considering it as a place of living is concerning. Nowadays, people have moved away from the Times Square obsession and don't even think about living there. Let's look at why people are so exhausted from New York City. 

1. Increased Crime Rates

Although attempts are made to reduce crime in New York, crimes like theft and assault are still more common. These crimes raise concerns about citizens' safety. Hence, people avoid living in New York, where their assets are unsafe. Even residents do not feel secure and show their concern.

You won't find a park nearby because fewer options are available in New York. The city also has less greenery, which makes it a dull and unfriendly place to live. Furthermore, it impacts the lives of residents, either physically or mentally, so no one wants to live there.

In New York, getting a quality education is only possible when you pay more. Otherwise, across the city, your children have no quality education level. It means that public schools are not doing any good and have no better scope. Hence, it reduces the growth of many children due to these uneven opportunities.

This traffic issue occurs daily in New York, so it's no longer uncommon. The long queues on the roads for hours are a persistent problem in this city, increasing the level of frustration for the drivers. In this traffic-congested place, most people avoid even thinking about living there.

The old Infrastructure of New York does not meet the standards of the growing population rate. These 50-year-old buildings and clumsy infrastructure make the residents question their choice. Hence, people would give up their idea of moving to New York due to the declining infrastructure.

The city, which requires transport to move from one place to another, has a severe shortage of public transport. Even more, public transport has not even been updated. It is going according to the old policies, and no repairs have been done. Hence, all these issues cause difficulty for the residents.

If you have a low income in New York, you won't be able to get insurance coverage. It means expensive health care is waiting for you in this city. Moreover, even for primary health care, people must pay costly bills, another financial burden.

Most people don't believe it, but the truth is that you can find trash everywhere in New York, whether on the sidewalk, the predestination route, or the street. You can't escape the heaps of trash and rotten food on the beach or the park. Hence, it creates health concerns for the residents, too.

While living in New York City, you can't escape the sounds of police sirens and taxi horns. These sounds mean this city does not offer a peaceful environment. Moreover, it doesn't matter where you are in New York; those sounds will trace you everywhere, which makes people exhausted.

Getting affordable apartments in New York City is nothing but a miracle. Otherwise, the prices are touching the skies, making this place highly unsuitable for newcomers. Even the residents can't afford these expenses. You are doomed when the monthly cost is around $5000 to $6000.  

11. Air and Noise Pollution

No environmental safety concerns are being met in New York City. You must live in bad air quality conditions and a dense environment due to traffic smoke. Moreover, the noise factor can't be neglected either; the sound of sirens is unbearable in this city, which makes it irritating for the people.

12. No Traveling Adventure

In New York, people bear the most expenses on the transport system. So if you love traveling, it is not a suitable place for you to move. Because of many traffic hurdles and the flawed airport system, this place doesn't need to be considered a fun or adventure place.

On the work side, it's not easy for you to sustain in the New York City market. Most people find it exhausting due to strong work ethics and the requirements. Growing up in New York is not everyone's cup of tea due to its saturated market values and the competitive environment, which means a little scope for beginners.

So moving into this place means another invitation to your financial instability. Hence, It's better to eliminate these taxes and move away from this place.
