3 Ways to Reach Your Goals with Transformational Vocabulary

Our vocabulary shapes our life. And the default vocab we all use does not help us accomplish great things. It helps us survive… that's it. 

Here are 3 ways to begin changing the way you speak for the better & accomplish your goals.

Words are very very very very important. If you haven't figured that out you're in the good place because I am going to go over three ways to use transformational vocabulary to make your life better as well as accomplish your goals first one hack your morning's now not the kind of hack like taking someone's account or something but hacking it to make it.

But it should be the morning has the ability to be the most productive part of your day is the most productive part of my day by far the two or three hours in the morning that I have are more efficient and productive than the next five hours and this is why the evening before. So not the morning but the evening before the next day I began to.

Use vocabulary that's different than I have so much to do tomorrow. There's so many things to tackle Tomorrow. There's so many things there's so many different priorities. So what I say is tomorrow shall be a good day and I like the word shall because it's more so not it may happen. But it will it is going to happen no matter what we shall.

Accomplish this I'm looking forward to tomorrow something as simple as that and it can even be more specific. I'm looking forward to exercising tomorrow. I'm looking forward to this meeting at work tomorrow. It has a lot of times something specific. Makes it a little more real as opposed to just saying tomorrow is gonna be good get the same with enthusiasm your to do an actually believe it.

It can't be just a drone move. And the one I like the most is I am going to enjoy tomorrow no matter what because the reality is if you stub your toe at 10 o'clock in the morning. And you right off the rest of the day. That's the whole entire afternoon in late morning that you've written off because of one speed bump and in reality most things we you and I go through our speed bumps and if you begin changing it to be seeing as a speed bump as opposed to a huge mountain in front of you it's a lot more bearable and the challenge can be conquered.

Number two is less than the potential negative instead of saying. this project is so difficult say some of the nature of. this project is presenting some minor and temporary roadblocks because the reality is if you make it so difficult way up here. You can't even see it so difficult. It's going to be so difficult.

The perseverance that you have is probably going to be limited. However, if they're just little speed bumps throughout the way speed bumps on the road make a slow down a little bit and then once the speed-up is finished we continue going on so change it to something as small speed bump instead of saying I'm having a terrible day say.

There are some challenges today that feel. And I am I am going to conquer these challenges again. Use the word challenge as opposed to problem problems are pervasive. They are here all the time 24/7 most of them will never ever be solved. However, a challenge is something that you and I can step up and do our best to conquer a challenge can be conquered a problem is pervasive and they never go away.

Instead of saying I'm so angry right now say something the nature of. anger is trying to overcome me right now because that changes the anger overpowering you to you saying this anger outside Forest is trying to overcome me. The agency goes from the anger to you. Once the agency goes to you you can now choose whether this anger is going to be part of your day your actions, whatever it may be because when you when were overwhelmed by emotion, the reality is we always have the option like a wave to let the anger come come by and just like the waves in the ocean go back and that's the reality having that agency is very very important and using the word.

Trying is important. Don't try to do things in life. Don't try to accomplish goals. You'll never do them. I'm trying to do something. You're most likely not going to do it. However, if something is attempting to overcome you like anger for instance, you can use that word trying and make it very contingent.

It's a contingency. It can happen it can happen and trying something means a lot of times it's going to fail so you can make that anger fail and overcoming you this anger is trying to overcome me. And the reality is, you know, how the agency to make sure that the anger does not mess with your decisions.

Thirdly Infuse positive talk in your normal day-to-day conversations. So instead of being by the water cooler, or. I guess the equivalent now is the water fountain to fill up your reusable water bottle. Anyhow, when you're around the water cooler instead of having your complaining buddy, and you complain about this that the other the weather the people your management whatever it is do your best to reframe this into if the job is not super ideal.

You can say well I'm here for a time and I may look for other things. And you can tell your co-workers that's something you can change in your mind as opposed to dreading every single time and just infusing positive talking everything as opposed to saying the government this ha I heard that so often and that makes me want to run away because I know something negative is about to be sad, but if you just start infusing positive things like instead of just saying I'm fine you something like.

Today is a marvelous day because I woke up with a roof above my head and food in my fridge and even if you confuse that with people around you just as negativity begets negativity and she contagious thing positivity also and in my opinion can have even more of a positive and contagious effect around people and that is very very, Sweet things that you want to accomplish always always always always paint them in a positive light.

I want to go to the gym often. I am going to the gym often. Do you see the difference there? I'm trying to quit smoking. I don't smoke just that small difference. Makes our brain operate differently. I wish I could take my my skull off and show you the wirings and our brain. Although I would die.

Probably that wouldn't be good. But there's so many things going on in our brain 24/7 you want to make sure the ones that are happening in your brain are the ones that are making Pathways to accomplish things not to limit yourself because once you start limiting yourself in regards to I'm trying or I'm giving my best shot.

Limit why why limit yourself when you can live in the identity of I exercise I am a gym rat for instance. I am a caring person. I am a loving person as opposed to I try every single day to be forgiving forgiving person within that identity and that small change really will help you accomplish that and then less super lastly PS you are going to fail often.

I know we're talking about romance about transformational vocabulary and I'm talking about how always put positive things in life. But I want to be realistic changing your vocabulary from status quo to positive and transforming your life is a tough change because very few people do it and it's way easier to be a fear Monger or.

Just to be negative all the time because we as humans are wired to still negative for Primal survival. But the last time I checked there wasn't a saber-toothed tiger on my road. There wasn't someone trying to overtake my Village. I guess my small little house here. It's not reality anymore, but we're still wired that way.

So instead of looking at the negative all the time do your best and be a positive person be someone who uses more than just I'm fine artwork. You can say I am doing absolutely magnificently marvelous this morning. How are you and that can maybe positively affect somebody to start using other vocabulary to because vocabulary.
