Creating a habit is easy. Keeping a habit is the difficult part.
Here is a 5 step plan to solidify those new habits in place.

Ah making and keeping a new habit is so difficult, but does it have to be I say no, but the better way of saying is yes, you can create a new habit and keep it and here are five ways and five steps that I have implemented in my life to help me keep really important Habits Like exercising daily.
Saving money and preparing for things as well as just becoming and developing into a more refined and better version of Max. Grounding habits are so important is because they really help us connect with the innermost parts of our self when you begin having the right habits in Place daily ritual habits that happen every single day life becomes an opportunity as opposed to a sphere of chaos, because when habits are not in place, there are so many priority so many things and so many.
Distractions from what really grounds us and having that happen someplace really creates opportunity and You Begin seeing things as opportunity as opposed to a huge swirling ball of death. And then when you feel like life has opportunity. Life begins to feel like you have actual control over it we call it agency.
You have Agency on where your life is going and more importantly what your life is doing right in this moment. The future is great. But the future is not promised. The only had promised is right in this moment and you will begin having autonomy control and agency on what the future holds and what you're doing presently and that to me is exciting.
All right up to the steps, which are the important ones first one write them down write down your habits. It's very very important every single day. I would I write my journal exercise and I don't check it off until I exercise. Give yourself that visual cue because thinking something is great. But until you put it into the world into.
This whole entire universe. It's not gonna happen. Seriously, if you really believe that all your goals are up here and they're going to happen. I have news for you write them down period look at them every single day. I fit in my vision board before the pictures are great, but also, Goals goals goals every single day what I like on my desk and look at them every single day.
For daily goals exercise spend 30 minutes writing composing things like this read create for 30 minutes today and make moves. The last ones a little cryptic make moves that just means making a step forward every single day. Write them down. So you see them every day. I'm cute paper tip apparently share and Elvis.
Every goal and all of them. I just had everything in all of them one word. And if all of them all your goals exercise saving money, whatever it is, it doesn't have to be really detailed for others. But the reality is if you share an interest, let's say to exercise consistently if you tell people about it or those around you it may encourage them.
To do the same thing. And as you put that energy into the world you magnetize people around you who have similar. Interests and Pursuits and what I've learned about human life and my short time on Earth is it's very hard to be alone wolf loan wolfing just simply does not work period when we have those connections that Community around us though, that is when habits and.
It just seems like life becomes better life does become better. It's a fact people who are were recluse and our permits and never leave their house die faster. It's like smoking a pack of cigarettes today don't be alone all the time half community and share that vision and those habits you want to produce with others.
And they may have the same ones and you guys can encourage each other positive energy builds a positive energy as iron sharpens iron. So one person sharpens another acknowledgement acknowledgement is super important because the reality is we never acknowledge what we've done. How are we going to be encouraged to do it again?
And I do it. I would encourage verbally visually and can aesthetically for me the visual cues pretty easy every morning that I do one of these videos. I can literally see it see myself and see it when it goes up there visually I'm saying that verbally I'm verbally doing it right now. Accomplishing this solidifying this habit and I'm 30.
Kinesthetically. We're right down record new video today 6:45 a.m. Or whatever time it is those three things are going to go to each bit because the reality is this. I don't know if you're a visual kinesthetic or verbal learner. So why not do all three and if you know, you're one like what you say your kinesthetic person write down everything feel it touch it everything like my lighting touch it touch everything do it actually do it.
If you're a verbal person spot speak about it speak about it. Talk about it affirm yourself. I have done this. I will do this things of that nature and then visually but it's somewhere you can see that's why the vision board every single day to see the reason why I do this crazy thing every single morning and why I wake up at 450 for every morning, which believe me doesn't matter what time of the year it is.
It's called. It's dark very very dark. But I ground myself. I reminded myself every single day and at the end of each day, especially if you're creating a new habit of the beginning right down the acknowledgements that I acknowledge myself for completing this like for this morning. I acknowledge myself for waking up at 4:54.
I am. exercising my chest in my shoulders and meditating for 10 minutes this morning. I've already accomplished a lot of my day before 7:30 a.m. Own your mornings and remember to not acknowledge all the things you've accomplished because a lot of times it's a lot more than you remember reward yourself often and with Ali yes completely and freedom.
I remember solidifying my habit of exercising and. Every single time I exercise I literally. After each session, I eat candy or chocolate now that sounds a little counterintuitive, right? The reality is this our brains are able to be there called plastic. We have plastic brains now, I don't mean the plastic substance.
I mean plasticity as a child grows older that plasticity which is pretty much the ability to learn retain and habitual eyes new things becomes less and less. But that doesn't have to happen. it. Keeping your brain young and doing things puzzles things that make your brain think hard think about new things new subjects consume new material can keep your brain young as well as that plasticity can continue to be there even into old age.
There's many studies done that show old people who do Sudoku crosswords puzzles compared to those who just watch TV the ones who. Do the Sudoku and those mental puzzles are able to retain more have better short-term and long-term memory and gesture Better Health Wise. So forget the long-term, that's a long way away from me.
At least although maybe it's not but always always always reward yourself. So for me, it was the little piece of candy. Maybe for you. It's giving your spouse a hug maybe for you. It's calling a friend immediately after you do something that you heard visualizing so you can tell them about it. They can be verbal the verbal acknowledgment.
So always always always keep on saying always keep giving yourself a reward. Even if it's just a small thing. Even if it's just a extra 10 minute power nap to rest your eyes give yourself a reward because that is how you. Well habitual ways the very very good things in life. Well, those are the steps and those are really really important.
However, you will fail you will mess up you'll miss a day, but that's not a reason to throw all the rest that you've completed into the trash can it's not it's not it's not it's not so forgive yourself. Remember that we are Dynamic human beings. My body is sometimes not going to wake about 450 for with the amount of energy that I want period no matter how much I tell myself.
I'm excited no matter how great of rest I have the night before it's just simply not going to happen all the time. And that's okay. I forgive myself move on and have agency over what I can do the rest of the day because imagine if I didn't wake up on time and. I didn't do what I want to do in the morning.
Damn. It's 5:30 a.m. And the day shot know the day's never shot. Once you say today shot our today's I've had a bad day today you are in a heap of trouble my friend, so continually and always know that the rest of the day does not have to be gone and you have control over that but forgive yourself forgive yourself.
Every single time you fail just like the reward every time you have success give yourself a reward every time you have some setback know that it is just a setback just that a small speed bump in your journey and know that you can recoup and make the next step even better.
