Does restful sleep keep escaping you?
Here are 5 simple things to to do to begin sleeping more restfully starting tonight.

Why is it so hard to have a good night's rest every single night. Well, it's not actually it can be very relaxing here are five ways to help you flirt start sleeping better tonight the first one and probably the most. difficult one for me to encourage others to do is to eliminate caffeine. No caffeine whatsoever.
I was going to put after a certain time of the day. But if you just eliminate from your life whatsoever. Your body does not have any cravings for it. I'm now five years sober from caffeine and I am kind of playful playfully talking about it. But the reality is in this country, at least it's very glorified to have a caffeine addiction people, you know, say I can't live without it.
That sounds just like someone who is addicted to a substance. But in this case, it's a. Legal substance and it's caffeine and it's coffee and it's everywhere. Every single corner has a coffee shop. But if you eliminate this this one thing in your life, it would be so much easier to fall asleep and stay asleep exercise to a very good sweat.
And I don't just mean a little bit on the forehead a little bit on the nose a little bit under your arms. I'm talking about a profuse sweat profusely literally drenched like you just taking a bath exercise really helps our circadian rhythm and as mammals our circadian rhythm is We rise during the study time and we fall asleep during the nocturnal the night time we are not nocturnal.
So if you work a swing shift and work for. 8:00 p.m. Till like 8:00 a.m. Props to you. You were going against your Primal and instincts as a human as a man. Stay asleep. Don't drink any fluids one hour before going to bed. I've woken up many a time to use the restroom and sometimes it's not very easy to fall back asleep.
Especially if you have caffeine in your system, so no fluids when I refer bed, you'll get appear before you're going to pee right before you go to bed and you will not wake up and if that doesn't work, maybe make it even a longer time, maybe two hours before you fall asleep before you go to bed because the last thing you want is at 3 a.m.
Waking up and not being a fall back asleep. No blue light before bed one hour minimum. I wear these every day when I'm on the computer those beastly things right there because this protect me from blue light as much as it can but doesn't take everything out. Something encouragement is to eliminate which means turn up the phone turn off the laptop turn off the tablet.
Everything is off at least one hour before bed because the blue light keeps us awake. You want to eliminate that so you can fall asleep more easily and something I've done more so recently is reading before bed. I've developed a. A really really deep enjoyment of reading over the last year or so.
And when I do it during the day, I do end up falling asleep almost every single time, but I've realized I can use that that power at night time as well. I usually read for about 15 to 30 minutes every single night before bed. But you can't read a mystery novel or something. That's going to keep you really engaged mentally.
Most of what I'm reading are nonfiction. That is quite dry enjoyable, but dry enough to where it's going to want me to sleep or you can just go to your local library. Check out some textbooks and keep textbooks and learn and then fall asleep with Calculus in your hands. And the PS of this video is a lot of times our lives are filled with stressors whether it be from work Family Health money, whatever it is, we have stressors and I would encourage to eliminate the unnecessary stressors for most people that's remembering what you have control over and having agency over that and actually doing something about it and letting the other things that you don't have control over.
Go because you don't have control over. The dollar exchange rate the weather how other people react you only have really control of her yourself. I only have control over me not anybody else. And eliminate those things eliminate any energy expended on things. You cannot control. period. as you're reading in bed, you can also journal and write about what happened today.
Acknowledge what you've done and what you've accomplished and perhaps even write down goals and things you want to accomplish tomorrow. So you don't have to keep on thinking about what you're gonna do tomorrow. It can be written down in the flesh done in ink so you can wake up and accomplish all of it.
So those are my five or I guess six because I have le PS. Those are my few that I do every single day because the reality is if I don't get a good night's rest.
