1. You Grumble Quite Often

Have you been grumbling over silly things for no reason? If yes, then it's your sign of aging. Many people start to grumble as they age. You might have witnessed a few old people who keep whining. There might not be some reason enough to complain. They might want to keep themselves updated about their surroundings with their inaudible grumbles.

2. Social Media Confuses You

Social media is another sign that you are still that silly child or have grown. Almost everyone likes to spend their time on social media. But it might be your sign if you don't like spending time on it. The reason is quite simple. You have become one of those who are not updated; thus, social media confuses you.

Another sign of old age that almost everyone faces is white hair. If people see white hair, they might think they have started aging. But if you have got a full-blown grey head with all hair white. Let me tell you that you have grown old. Of course, a few exceptional cases cause people to get their heads white at quite a young age.

But it can be a big sign if you are not one of those who have had this issue since your time. Older people commonly lose brain health, which worsens with time. The same goes for your eyesight as it's related to your brain health.

As people grow old, their skin also gives a significant sign of aging. The face starts getting wrinkled as the first step. You might see some wrinkles near your eyes and then on your forehead and near your lips. Lastly, your whole body starts getting wrinkled as you age more.

As a person grows old, they feel cranky every time. They have complaints about everything around them. They will make statements like, it's too noisy, or Can you please tell the kids to speak lightly because I can't handle so much noise. Have you started getting this symptom? Another common thing about getting older is facing gut issues. A young person has a more robust gut that keeps them healthy. Your gut starts getting weaker as you grow older. You might face indigestion or bowl with unhealthy timings etc. This becomes a significant sign of your aging.

9. You Prefer Phone Calls Over Texts

Young ones prefer texts as it feels convenient to them. But they can't talk by text if you talk about old ones. To them, texting feels like a dry conversation. They prefer phone calls as you can hear the voice expressions of the other person on call. It makes it easier for them to communicate.

If you have seen your grandparents, you might have witnessed their sleep schedule. Old ones always feel sleepy every time. No matter where they sit or lie, they will take an instant nap if they are bored. You must be on the old side if you have started napping everywhere.

12. You Can't Keep Tabs on the Current Trends

The most common thing about all the old people is their outdated knowledge. They have no interest in learning about what is new. They are happy with their own selves and their company. They don't feel the need to know about the trends. So the old ones cannot keep tabs on the constant trends.
