Snacking is that it has been given a negative connotation over the years. Making nutrient-dense foods while still eating your fill and even losing weight is possible if you make the correct choices. Following is a list of fifteen foods that are rich in nutrients and contain a low number of calories to assist you in enjoying more food without gaining weight.  

1. Apples

The saying that ‘an apple a day will keep the doctor at bay’ is not only correct in preventing diseases, but it is also true in managing weight. Apples are a high source of fibre and water, so when consumed, one has the feeling of having consumed a substantial meal accompanied by water. It assists in reducing the sizes of portions that one takes and therefore restrains overeating in line with the eating more, weighing less policy.  

2. Greek Yogurt
