From a promising start in the industry at just nine years of age, Smollet's most notable role was Jamal Lyon on the popular TV series “Empire.” He made headlines when he tried to play his “Black victim” card. He claimed that he had been attacked and physically abused by two men. However, the police investigation concluded that Smollet had faked the attack. Several commentators shared that they never want to see Smollet again. One even said that he hopes no one in Hollywood ever gives him a chance at redemption.
Donald Trump
This one is a story no one is unfamiliar with. Donald Trump has never been liked by the majority of the people anyway, but an individual shared how Trump has seen a downfall. In the last few years, he has not only lost reelection but also been federally indicted for attempting to rig the election. He has been charged for mishandling classified documents 42 times and for falsifying business records 34 times. He was also found liable for $5 million for attacking a woman. A Brazilian football player celebrated for his exceptional skills as a right-back, who won various trophies during his time at Barcelona and was considered a legend by his fans – does this ring a bell in your mind? It was Daniel Alves. However, he, too, was accused of sexually assaulting a woman and was found guilty as well. He was sentenced to 18 years of prison in December 2022. Armie Hammer
“A Hollywood royalty who is now broke” is probably the best way to summarize Armie Hammer's downfall. He came from a family with a long-standing background in the entertainment industry. His fame was often linked with his associations in the industry. However, his career faced controversy when he was not only charged with sexual assault by multiple women but also alleged cannibalism. After these allegations, he was dropped from various projects, including the shotgun wedding, the minutes, and the offer. Shane Dawson
The last one on the list is Shane Dawson, a pioneer YouTuber and actor known for his comedy skits and impersonations. His channel got over 500 million views within two years of its making. However, in 2020, his older videos resurfaced, where he was seen using pedophilic and racial slurs. He released a video where he took accountability for his words, but it was too late by then.
