1. I, Robot (2004)

We live in a future where PCs always help people in this old sci-fi movie. The actor Will Smith plays a police officer who looks into the death of a famous researcher and finds that the killer is a robot. The plot was written by director Alex Proyas in a stunning and exciting way.

2. Star Wars (1977)

The plot of Star Wars is based on a cosmic battle between good and evil forces. This rests on the idea that each person should fight for their own reality and deal with life's challenges in an unsupportive setting. Mark Hamil, the normal guy, fights evil forces to get by.

3. Minority Report (2002)

Author and famous movie director Steven Spielberg chose Tom Cruise to play the lead role in this thrilling hold-up crime ride. His job is with a police department that uses psychic precogs to spot crimes before they happen. The precogs thought he would kill someone in the meantime. In the movie, he really tried to show that he wasn't guilty and that these man-made buildings were strange.

4. Total Recall (1990)

A big part of the story is the idea that the characters' points of view could be either dishonest or based on the truth. The main idea behind the story is that there probably won't be much that separates real life from computer-generated reality. Arnold Schwarzenegger is in charge of this amazing series, which was created by Paul Verhoeven. He is shown closely examining his character the whole time.

5. Elysium (2013)

Matt Damon has the most effect in this picture, which was directed by Neill Blomkamp. It rests on the new idea that as the population grows, the wealthy will move to a space station called Elysium. Matt Damon works as an assembly expert and has been exposed to radiation. He only has a short time left to live. He actually tries to start the dangerous trip into space. 

6. The Matrix (1999)

This shows what man-made thinking can really do and how it will change what it means to be human. Wachowskis is in charge of coordinating, and Keanu Reeves plays the lead role of PC coder Neo. The story is mostly about how consciousness-based PCs can affect human brains and behavior to make a false or copied version of the real world. This is talked about as a grid. The main character of the story is a group of rebels who are trying to free people from these robots.

7. Children of Men (2006)

Alfonso Cuaron directed the movie, which starts with a sad scene that shows how sterile people have become. The main character, played by Clive Owen, tries to help a pregnant woman. The idea behind this is that some people are barren and haven't been able to have a child in a long time. Owen is trying to save everyone, though, by saving a woman who is very pregnant. It all comes down to faith, protecting the future, and getting through the hard parts of life. 

8. Ender's Game (2013)

Gavin Hood is in charge of the movie, which is about a young soldier who has to protect himself from bad people from the outside. The main character, Asa Butterfield, is a young soldier who wants to fight people from other countries. Because he was well-educated and had power, the military specifically hired him to fight against outsiders. The main ideas of this story are victory, fighting, and using your power to beat the resistance.

9. AI Artificial Intelligence (2001)

The main character of this great Steven Spielberg movie about the complicated relationship between a person and a robot is David, a robot child who is programmed to act like a human child and have feelings like love and other needs. He tries to understand this connection between humans and machines so that his mom sees him as a real person.

10. Looper (2012)

This story teaches us to value moral traits more than sneaky ones. It also has time travel, which bad guys use to their advantage. Joe, the main character, and some other loopers go out to kill the people who were sent from what's in store. In the end, though, when Joe is brought back from the future to kill him, the story is about morality and character.
