Comfort.
It seems to be something we desire…
But is it actually beneficial to becoming our greatest selves?
So here's my comfort is extremely dangerous, especially if you're an employee, let's just use it easy example, if you're in a pulley and begin to have a sense of complacency in life thinking it's always going to be this way. Life will always be like this the stormers never going to have you may not be thinking that consciously in the conscious brain, but I promise you coaching coaching many clients the storms happen.
In a few sessions ago. I talked about how we only have about 1% autonomy over life and 99% of life is circumstances on what happens and 1% is what we can actually control in our response to it the net a percent. You have no control over her no matter how much you think you have control over it simply don't you know, you simply do not at all and I would Emporium that that comfort zone you're having the subconscious mentality of it's always going to be like this.
Look at yourself in the mirror and actually take a hard. Look at that isn't actually going to happen because I've lived through this the living in the comfort and next thing I know. Oh my gosh, the rug has been pulled from under me not once but twice but a few times in life and details need not to be displayed right now, but just now how you see life right now and how comfortable it may be.
That is scary to someone like me not because. It's scary in itself, but because life may change and a complete. Whether you like it or not, so living like comfort zone is very scary application. Look yourself in the mirror and say. how many times am I telling myself things will always be this way and eliminate that phrase and attempt to figure out how to maybe get into a little more prudent and uncomfortable place because I promise, you know, the uncomfortable places is actually where you.
Can make the most progress and anything?
