1. The Call (2020)

It's an intense Korean psychological thriller that will keep you hooked until the end. The call centers around two women (Park Shin-Hye and Jeon Jong-Seo) from different timelines connected through an old phone in the basement. The story turns dark when a girl from the future tries to change the past through a serial killer.

A distinctive sports docuseries that captures stories of diverse athletes who were unable to get success their way and instead find the real purpose of life. 3. The Perfection (2018)

The anecdote concerns two individuals: troubled Charlotte (Allison Williams), who returns to her musical school and meets a new star, Elizabeth (Logan Browning). Their meeting leads to a gloaming path with grave consequences. The Perfection will do justice if you enjoy bewildering physiological thrillers.

4. Coherence (2013)

A perfect blend of horror and sci-fiction, Coherence focuses on excellent mind-twisting turns of events when eight friends gather for a dinner party, and a comment passes the earth. The story and plot are dark and captivating, with the cast of Emily Baldoni, Maury Sterling, and Nicholas Brendon, directed by James Ward Byrkit. Still, it deserved more audience recognition.

5. Travelers (2016-2018)

There are many apocalyptic-centered films and series, but catching sight of a post-apocalyptic sequence is infrequent. Travelers, with a cast of Eric McCormack, Mac Kenzie Porter, and Nesta Cooper, portrays the story of individuals who are sent back to the past to modify history so that the apocalypse and the fortune won't be disastrous. The series is quite distinguishable from the traditional and a hidden gem.

6. Dark (2017-2020)

Dark is the first German TV series on one of the largest streaming platforms. It is filled with horror elements and mysterious puzzles. The story shows how the four families in the old town have connected since 1986 and their sinful pasts when two children from the city go missing, and they try to find them. The sequel is genuinely worth watching and will make you rewatch it again to grasp the plot.

7. The OA (2016-2019)

It is a suspense drama thriller tale of a girl who reappears after going missing for eight years and returns home. Her return is not the only thing that sounds like a miracle; the real deal is she is not blind anymore but refuses to speak about the events that ensued during her disappearance. The tale is one of the varieties you don't see often and goes unnoticed by the audience despite being astonishing.

8. Kodachrome (2017)

With the cast of Ed Harris, Jason Sudeikis, and Elizabeth Olsen, the anecdote is about a son and his father who take a final road trip to a photoshoot studio in Kansas that will close its door for eternity. The story is not a typical road trip but a trip to one's emotional journey and, indeed, a fun drama comedy film to watch on weekends. 

9. Crazy, Stupid, Love (2011)

It is a fantastic comedy romance film with an outstanding cast of Steve Carell, Ryan Gosling, Julianne Moore, and Emma Stone. It is a fun, enjoyable film about a man living his life to the fullest but getting a setback when his wife asks for a divorce. He hires his bachelor friend to up-level his dating game with his advice to confound the heartbreak.

10. Wheelman (2017)

It is an underrated thriller movie about a man who, after returning from prison, gets the task to deliver the bank-robbed money to a destined place, but soon it is revealed that he was double-crossed and his family is now at risk. He tries to take all the measures to safeguard his daughter and ex-wife. The distinct thing about the movie is that all events center around just a man in a car.
