The temperature of North Dakota fluctuates from 2°F to 17°F from North to southwest, respectively. Almost one month faces 0° temperature. The winter months can freeze the body like a wooden shaft if one does not have proper clothes. The government of North Dakota has devised different plans to avoid the harmful effect of winters.
