In the 21st century, we are so absorbed in technology, particularly our phones, that we often forget to participate in life. All of us can truthfully confess to scrolling through digital devices. To fix this habit, here are some ideas to not become a screen slave:

1. Morning Screen Breaks

Are you the type of person to look at your phone first thing in the morning? Alright, we are all guilty of this. So, avoid using the phone to check your notifications. Place your device far away from arm's reach. This way, you can feel calm and relaxed about your day. And if you continue this till noon, you've also reduced your screen time.

2. Sort Out Time for Activities

If your screen time is double-digit, it might be time to get some fresh air. Seriously, exercise and outdoor activities are vital for our health. Use those hours you usually spend scrolling to participate in a walk or a sport. Or try hobbies like baking or painting, but spend your time wisely!
