1. Delaware

It is a valuable and beautiful state surrounded by New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and the Atlantic Ocean. People have shown an urge to establish themselves in this state. The reason is that this state is ranked 7th in the list of low property tax states. Property taxes range between 0.53 to 0.63% in this state.

Despite such a valuable state, having property there is easy. People can make their homes and other properties with very low taxes. The average tax for property is 0.27% in Hawaii. This low tax is because the collector does not include public schools for expenditures.
