This is the most common phrase that every second person uses when they know they cannot reach their destination on time and don't want to upset the other person. They cannot be at their destination, so they lie even though they know they are probably 30-25 minutes away from arriving. These phrases are used to show that they are on their way, and they express urgency. 

2. I'll Do This Tomorrow

It's a common lie that people usually tell to cover up their carelessness. These lies are often said to reduce the workload; if it is not done tomorrow, I'll do it tomorrow. At the same time, they know that no one can trust tomorrow; no one has seen tomorrow. Yet people tell this lie to convince the person in front that they are not avoiding the work. This lie is often told so that people do not misunderstand him and do not have a misconception that this person cannot work. 

3. My Phone Died

This lie is often told when it becomes difficult for a person to choose one thing. If a person with a situation where he cannot forbid anyone, he often tells this lie by avoiding their message.

When a person is not at all interested in talking to another person and does not feel good about having a conversation with that person, they temporarily say: they will call you in a while and that tomorrow is never coming again. It's one of the common sayings in today's digital era. 

9. It's Almost Finished

When a task is given, and it is taking longer than the due date, many people use this paraphrase as a lie to appease the other person. They know they need more time than the scheduled date to complete the task, so they lie. 

10. Oh! I Forgot 

The reason for telling this lie is carelessness. When people cannot do the assigned work due to their carelessness, they make these excuses and say that they forgot about it, but they remember. Many people use this lie in their different fields. School-going children often lie to their teachers that they forgot to do homework.
